Beef Brisket….. what is Beef Brisket? By definition Beef Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of the beef. Here at Sooey’s we have exceptional Beef Brisket. Our process takes approximately 16 hours from start to finish. We start by smoking our brisket for 14 hours, while covered in house dry rub.
After smoking we bring the beef to room temperature to give the perfect slice. Once sliced we douse the product in our house made western style BBQ sauce, then its ready to serve.
Our homemade western style sauce is a combination of sweet and savory. The sweet molasses tastes comes from the mountains and the savory finger licking rib vinegar flavor comes from the eastern coast, we know and love so much!
